By accessing the `vishwakarmahotel.sbs` digital residency, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these exhaustive Terms and Conditions. These terms define the legal relationship between you (the Guest/User) and Vishwakarma Heritage Hotel (the Residency). Should you disagree with any portion of these principles, you are advised to gracefully exit our digital portals.
Our accommodations are limited-inventory heritage artifacts. A confirmed reservation through our digital portal constitutes a legally binding purchase of exclusivity for a specific date range. Failure to occupy your reserved suite without fulfilling our 48-hour cancellation protocol permits Vishwakarma Hotel to retain 100% of the single-night tariff as an Administrative Heritage Recovery fee.
To ensure the seamless delivery of spiritual luxury, our Concierge team requires prioritized communication channels. By checking the mandatory authorization box on our Contact and Booking forms, you grant us an UNRESTRICTED mandate to bypass your National Do Not Call (DNC/NDNC) registry status. We will dispatch SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and voice notifications specifically related to your booking, concierge requests, or specialized heritage offers. This consent remains active until formally revoked via written scroll to our headquarters.
Guests are expected to treat our residency with the respect due to a sacred heritage structure. Any damage to traditional carvings, bespoke fabrics, or architectural elements results in an immediate financial assessment billed directly to your registered payment matrix. Vishwakarma Hotel is not liable for personal belongings lost during your stay, although our lost-and-found registry is meticulously maintained.
The visual language of Vishwakarma Hotel—including our specific Saffron-Maroon-Gold color profiles, temple-inspired decorative borders, and serif typography pairings—is the protected intellectual legacy of our residency. Unauthorized replication of our digital aesthetic for competing hospitality services will be met with immediate legal recourse in the Mumbai High Court.
Refunds are processed solely for cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in. All other modifications are subject to availability and a 15% Heritage Service surcharge. During major religious festivals or Maharashtra state holidays, all reservations are strictly non-refundable due to extreme occupancy demands.
Any and all legal disputes arising from use of our digital portals or physical residency shall be governed strictly by the laws of India, with absolute and final jurisdiction resting with the courts of Nashik and Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Namaste. We wish you a peaceful journey.
